Jamie Oliver and American barbecue chef Adam Perry Lang have drawn on traditional cooking techniques from Britain and beyond to create Barbecoa restaurant – a celebration of the relationship between fire and food. Barbecoa will also have an in-house butchery selling quality British meat and cured meat products.
Barbecoa is located at One New Change, behind St Paul’s Cathedral and on the corner of New Change and Watling Street. The restaurant entrance is on New Change Passage
